West Palm Beach, FL (March 24, 2022)

Spinnaker Group, one of the most respected leaders in the green-building movement, has announced promotions of two of our valuable team members, Rafael Sanchez and Amy Ford.

President, Jonathan Burgess recognized their achievements by writing:

“Over the past three years Rafael has diligently managed dozens of projects spanning several rating systems including LEED BD+C, Homes, Green Globes, Parksmart, FGBC and NGBS. He has received and maintained several new green building credentials and grown tremendously in his technical knowledge of these rating systems and their application across many building types and locations throughout South Florida. He has also produced many new tools and resources for the sustainability team and will continue to assist the team with priority-setting, best practice sharing, process improvements, and new project assignments.

Amy has also earned her new title as a full-fledged Sustainability Advisor having gained some valuable experience over the first year with Spinnaker Group in her former role as Junior Advisor. She is now managing multiple projects and continues to assist the sustainability team across a wide variety of tasks. We look forward to her continued leadership in the LEED O+M space and expanded role managing a full plate of projects across several rating systems.

Please join me in congratulating Rafael and Amy on these well-deserved promotions. We look forward to the great things you will both continue to accomplish with us here at Spinnaker Group.”
